@daz123456 , you obviously marked this as solved, and then started another thread. You firstly need to have a physical SIM card first before getting an ESIM, which is what you want, but they are only available for customers on monthly contracts.

@daz123456 , It would be quicker to go to an EE store, and I would suggest taking some form of ID with you as well.

Sim cards are sent out by second class post, so can take between 3-5 working days to arrive.

@daz123456 , no idea, you could ring them up and see, stores do not always have the same deals as online.
