i have lost my sim/phone . id like to receive a new sim-card. don't know were to report this. can you send me a new sim by post.?

To report this lost/stolen please give us a call from a different phone or landline on 07953 966 250.

Alternatively, you can also visit your local EE Store with photo ID.
