transferring number not working?

hi,

i recently moved to ee from o2. i recieved all the texts from o2 and ee to say my number had been transfered however its now not working. if someone texts my number from o2 i can recieve on my new phone but if i text anyone it sends them the new number that came with the sim. i have tried changing the number in settings but not working

Can you text NUMBER to 150, does the reply show the correct number?

yes it is showing the transferred number. its just when i text people they are receiving texts on the new number

Can you go into your iPhone settings, iMessage and turn off, also Facetime turn off. Then can you restart the phone and turn both settings back on.

Does the same happen with texts?
