However, I'm abroad at the moment and lost my phone. I've ordered a new one (the company will delivered it by Saturday) but I would like to get my old number as eSIM instead of SIM. How can I solve it with EE? Are they able to send the details by email? Is there any option to contact via email / chat? I don't have access to my phone now.
