Call from cancellations dept….

Got my PAC number a week or so ago….

Wanted to shift to Smarty for EU roaming etc as far as i was aware EE charge for EU roaming

Call a call yesterday from 07973 100601 who appeared to know my PAC had been issued etc, explained reason for PAC etc and they said they can offer a plan for inclusive roaming for about £6…..Howver due to area i was in at the time ( bad signal ) i asked for a call back today. From 11am…….No call…..

was this a realistic call or was i just being fobbed off ?

This number does look like an EE number that has called, to check the offer and who called please give us a call on 150 and the team will get this looked into for you 🙂
