@knight57 you can go to A EE store with photo ID, or you can call customer services and request a replacement SIM card.

Thank you Chris but was hoping this could be done online as this was the channel I used a few months ago before EE updated their website. Can't find the basics on here now. Very frustrating

Thanks for coming here.

If you still have the SIM card to receive the PIN code needed, you can order the replacement SIM here once you log into your My EE account.

Didn't have that option before but contacted EE and this is now enabled.

If your SIM is lost/stolen please report this to our customer care team. The team can also order a replacement SIM.

Alternatively, if you have photo ID you can visit your local EE Store.

Absolutely, you can order a replacement SIM by giving us a call or visiting your local EE Store with photo ID.

When was the last time you used this number?

Numbers are placed into hibernation then recycled and reused after a certain period.
