topic Fibre Broadband package in SIM cards & Porting

A cold caller tried to persuade me to update to fibre broadband. It sounded cheap so I called BT and they offered me a better deal that involved moving my broadband, phone and two mobile phones from BT to EE. Not sure why, since I thought BT and EE were the same company, but there we go.

An engineer is booked and I assume he will fill fit a new line from the telegraph pole into our house.

And EE has posted four (yes -- 4) SIMS to me, presumably to put into the two mobiles. I havealso been given one (1) PAC Code.

Insering a new SIM card is easy. But which one? And what do I do with one PAC Code? I want to retain our existing phone numbers. What do I do now?

Hi @BrentwoodJohn

Welcome to the community.

I'm not sure why you would receive four SIM cards for two mobiles. I suggest speaking with our Mobile Care team so they can check the order. They'll also be able to set up the transfer of your numbers with the PAC, if it isn't already set up.
