&lt;P&gt;If you have selected eSIM this would deactivate the existing SIM card, do you have an option to download the eSIM in your device settings or the EE app?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not, you would need to call us or pop into an EE Store with photo ID to get a replacement SIM card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
