    <description>&lt;P&gt;It may well have been yesterday as well but no one called me and I didn’t call out. &amp;nbsp;I also chose BT sports as the add on which I can’t set up as it says it is not working. &amp;nbsp;When I go on to look at my plans it shows my daughters (under my name) but fails when I select my phone. &amp;nbsp;I can’t call EE as I have no other phone to use. &amp;nbsp;Any ideas? &amp;nbsp;I have turned it off and on again (twice)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>My daughter’s phone, on my account, is working fine. So it’s not that. It’s as though I’ve been cut off when I upgraded the sim plan.</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you swap SIMs between your phone and your daughter's phone, does the problem follow your SIM or remain with the phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
