To request your number to be changed over it’ll be best to call customer services.

Are they both on EE?

Are they both on PAYG or contract. It all makes a difference

Yes one is contract sim and this one I’m using is pay as u go cuz I lost my contract one so I need my old contract number put on this ee

Please get in touch with Customer Care on 150 to arrange the cancellation of your contract.

The team will be able to arrange a transfer to pay as you go as part of the cancellation.

I don’t want to upgrade I haven’t got a contract with I I’m wanting a
contract so same number but contract instead of pay as u go an FB also see
if I could have a phone also x
