topic Re-ordering a 'nano SIM' in SIM cards & Porting

Dear all,

I have been trying to re-order a new Sim card, customer services have said to pop into one of their stores with a form of ID. I do not have a valid form of ID in terms of passport/drivers licence. I have tried to re-order one online making sure I have sufficient credit for them to deduct and send one through. Although the process is straight forward I then receive a text message informing me that it has been unable to process my request. I don't know what more to do. Any suggestions. I still wish to keep my original number. Thank you.
