Need to get a pac code for a sim card,tried the text service with the sim card,but nothing happens,it's a new pay as you go sim card,and when I put it in the phone it does not seem to be active.Any help please?

You sure? Do you want to:

Unlock your phone & use it on other networks (PAC)? OR
Unblock your SIM after trying too many incorrect PINs (PUK)?

Have you topped up and used the SIM card to activate this on the EE network?
