      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4233007"&gt;@mitocarita&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Is this a new EE sim ? &amp;nbsp;Or have you had this sim for a while now ? &amp;nbsp;If you had it for a while you’ll need to contact customer service to request a replacement sim or go to a EE store with in date photo ID to request a replacement there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
