Whenever I type it in to buy a £10 subscription pack it says You’ve used an EE PAC/STAC that’s for moving to a new network provider. Please call us on 150 from your mobile to talk about your code.
You are a robot. It is really confusing and I don’t know what to do

@Uuuuuuuuuuuuu It’s called a PACK not PAC. A PAC code is to move your number to a different network

What is "it" that you type in? And where you are typing it?

As mentioned, a PAC is a Porting Authority Code and used to port your number between mobile providers. A STAC is similar but for not taking your number.

Both are different from purchasing a PAYG add-on "pack", but knowing exactly what you're typing in and where - and what exactly the respons is, would help advise further.

Where are you trying to port your no. from? You cannot port a no. on EE to another EE no. using a PAC. If these are PAYG nos. you need to call CS to do the transfer. PACs are only between diff networks.
