Porting number from Three to EE

Hi, I decided to make the switch from Three to EE and ordered an EE sim. My sim arrived and I filled out the form to port my Three number to EE on 9th January. The email said it would take two working days and it's now the 12th January. I'm concerned because I lost my Three sim card after putting in my EE one so I am unable to use that number currently. How much longer should this process take?

A port-in is normally actioned the working day after you submit the PAC, providing that's before approx 5pm.

If you provided the PAC as part of the purchase process, it is treated as submitted the same day you first connect your new EE SIM to the UK network.

With that in mind, when did you first insert your new EE SIM into a phone and switch it on?

I inserted the sim the same day as I made the porting request.
