Obviously a lot of people got the same problem ,so there is a issue but no contact from EE!! MY PHONE AINT WORKING AND I AM ASKED TO PHONE THE HELP LINE!!!!!!! HOW DO YOU GET ON CHAT OR E-MAIL SO SOMEONE CAN ADDRESS THE MATTER. I AM LOSING A LOT OF MONEY THROUGH THIS...

What device do you have.
Are your on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.
Are you in the UK.

@smick63 , you can contact EE for free., using something like Skype with the free number in my signature.

EE do not have email and chat is for customers on contract, not pay as you go.
