      <title>PAC encountering difficulties</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just joined EE from Three. When ordering my new phone and contract, I provided the PAC code that I was given from Three. My phone arrived yesterday and I've received a text notification to say that something has gone wrong with my PAC port-in request. I've also been told not to contact EE - they will contact me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anybody else encountered this and did it get sorted? I need to get sorted because currently I am paying a ridiculous amount for 2 different contracts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
