https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/SIM-cards-Porting/No-service/m-p/1343319#M42993 <P>Hello, so I got sent two new sims because I got a new phone but the sim tray doesn’t open in the iPhone 14 Pro. &nbsp;<BR />I then rang up EE and they said to transfer it to ESIM and so I did and it didn’t work and then I rang three more times on different days after being told to wait for up to 24 hours for my phone to get service.&nbsp;<BR />It then doesn’t get any service at all and the old phone with the sim inside then proceeds to say that my sim no longer works in the phone.<BR />I now have two phones with no service and I am disappointed with the service I have received.
