&lt;P&gt;Did they send you a replacement SIM? It sounds like the old one may have been deactivated while the new one was sent out. If you're &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/store-finder" target="_blank"&gt;near an EE Store&lt;/A&gt;, they'll be able to register a SIM there an then for you, rather than waiting for the replacement to come through.&lt;/P&gt;
