I have a new phone,but faulty sim card.EE said they will post a new sim card.My problem is that I cant use wifi calling since contacting EE

Welcome to the community.

If you're near an EE Store, you could pop in for a replacement, rather than waiting for it to come through the post. You'd need a valid form of ID (passport or UK driving licence).

Ah, OK @LindarT123

It sounds like you may need to wait for the new SIM to arrive. It's usually within 4 working days, but it can take a little longer at this time of year.

Hopefully it's there soon for you.

Unfortunately your only option is to wait for the New Sim to be delivered by post. If you don't have any Photo ID.
