&lt;P&gt;Unless you have cancelled your plan (served notice) then all that has ended is your minimum contract term. Your contract continues until you cancel or upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried restarting your device.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you in the UK.&lt;/P&gt;
