its over 24hrs that im having sim not provisioned. please how would i resolve this. thanks

What is the background to this issue? What were you trying to do when this error happened?

You will very likely need to contact EE CS to resolve this - 150 from an EE phone or 0800 0798586 from any other phone

i was trying to make a call when i noticed this. since then it keeps showing sim not provisioned cant even call customer service number .

@Felixfort , you can either use another phone and ring them on the free number given by @bristolian or use something like Skype and ring the free number and customer service can take a look for you.
