I am not getting progress on my porting because I used autofil, and it used my landline number ...So obviously no text updates because I messed up .I am very hard of hearing so can't call and ask them .And there is no life messaging...HELP

If you entered your landline number in error, your number transfer won't be able to be completed.

Please complete the number transfer form again and the team will process it as quickly as possible for you.

Didn't work wouldn't except my number even though it was correct .
So called ee and luckily I could understand the guy and all sorted .
But thanks though very much appreciated
