    <description>&lt;P&gt;It is not registering on the network. I have taken it out several times over the last few weeks and cleaned it and its worked but its died a death now. Tried the usual turning off the phone, and turning on/off airplane mode but nothing works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is this happening in multiple locations or just one area?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There could be a local issue if this is area-specific, but if not - then you should contact EE CS from another phone to report the fault.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
