Hello
I recently joined EE, got my new SIM and sent my PAC code to port my old number. The new EE sim was working fine on the temporary number but I called Customer Services after my old number didn't port within the 72 hour guidelines. Then yesterday I had a message flash up to say the SIM was no longer recognised/active, and now I can't use my phone to call EE to get any help!

Advice much appreciated!

Hi @geevee

Welcome to the community.

The number should port to the new EE SIM. Have you tried removing and re-inserting the SIM?
