Somebody please respond, I need PAC Code, I have a new phone and it's great, my other phone was stolen, sim and data too, I put in a Claro sim, I can get online, but can't use WhatsApp, the Royal Bank of Scotland, or my wise account they all functioned on my phone number. I need my old number to fix this I think xxxxxxxxxxx, I understand I can get a PAC with a code, Im in Bogota, and cant get to my bank and wise,

Hello @Ronnie-Good.

Welcome to the community.

Are you looking to use your PAC code to transfer your number to the Claro network? if yes, PAC transfers of UK numbers can only be between UK networks.

Transferring your number will also cancel your account with EE.

If you have lost your SIM abroad, I'd recommend reporting this to our customer care team.

A replacement SIM can then be sent to your UK address.
