Have you tried restarting your phone? It may be worth popping your postcode into our coverage checker and hitting 'check status'. It'll let you know if we're aware of any problems in your area.

I've never seen that message before, to be honest, @Liza16. Did you speak to our technical support team? Did they tell you what is causing the problem?

Are you on contract or pay as you go?

It's been 1 month but it's been a week since I've been able to receive calls or messages.

You will need to speak to our technical support team by calling from another phone. Once you're able to get through, they'll be able to clarify what the problem is and hopefully help you get up and running.
