Alternatively, if you pop into an EE Store, they'll be able to register and give you a SIM in store. You'd need to take photo ID in with you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it possible to activate new sim without old sim &amp;amp; device as I don’t have access to them but it says to send a pin to number which I can’t get as don’t have access to old sim or device&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
