      <title>New sim due to fraudulent activity on my account and cant upgrade</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So yesterday had someone gain access to my account somehow. So got all off that sorted and went to the EE shop to get new sim cards for my phones. I am eligible for an upgrade but now on my online account it says I can't do it. Is this because of the new sims I had yesterday and will I be able to get things sorted so I can upgrade online shortly?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
