Porting Daughters Numbers

I've purchased 2 EE Sim contracts for my teenage daughters and am trying to Port the numbers across from the old provider O2. I think the issue will be that the previous contracts and numbers for O2 were under my parent's name and address. Can you please advise how we can get these numbers ported successfully. Any help would be appreciated we have completed the instruction via text to port numbers and given a date of sometime in December, but I guess this will be blocked when checks are completed.

If you have already given PACs to EE the port-in should be completed the working day following submission.

EE CS will have access to your specific accounts and can advise further if required.
