      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have ported my number today based on the fact EE advise that it can be 24 hours working day etc.&amp;nbsp; However when i have gone through the process i have received a text to advise all setup will take place by 6pm on 12-12-2023 which is nearly 3 weeks away.&amp;nbsp; Has anybody else experienced this??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/224806"&gt;@Leanne_T&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have now turned my phone off , left my phone off as sometime requested and waited until after midnight even though the text has confirmed port is complete i still do not have my old number available.&amp;nbsp; Can you please help urgently as I need this number up and running.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In addition I purchased 2 SIMS for the account the second one was for my teenage daughter,&amp;nbsp; we did the port number on the same day but she has not even received a text to say complete and her number is still not across neither which again is an issue so can you please look into both or advise how I can escalate.&amp;nbsp; I have tried to go to MYEE but as these were only SIM purchases i have to connect the device etc.&amp;nbsp; but this is failing all the time as when it asks for mobile number i put the number sin we want to keep and it obviously text that number the passcode.&amp;nbsp; I don't want to put the current numbers in as when the change then it may cause other issues.&amp;nbsp; Can you please advise how i can get this resolved ASAP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Neil&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When setting up your My EE you will be OK setting up with the temporary number provided by EE. Once your number port completes this will automatically update for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As your number is still not with you I'd recommend &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;giving us a call&lt;/A&gt; so our technical care team can look into this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
