&lt;P&gt;if Sim cards are not used the network doesn’t know that you wish to retain the number, so the number eventually goes into hibernation for lack of use and then it gets recycled, there isn’t a infinite number of phone numbers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
