They are doing the same thing to me. They asking me to submit my id card for picture verification in their shop which i have done but yet still they are refusing to give me my PAC code after 3 days of trying to get it from ee after calling 150.

They keep transferring the call to different departments without giving you the PAC code that’s really bad

Have the team advised why they are unable to provide you with your PAC code?

Did the team confirm they could see you have been to store with your photo ID?
