Can you help me? I want to activate my sim card but it doesnt work on website. I cant call 150 because my speaking skills are not enough to understand what someone is saying to me. I dont have " message us" button. How can I get help by texting?

Hi @DiaconPhoenix.

Pay monthly SIMs require a credit check.

If you have purchased a SIM this will be pay as you go.

When you place your SIM into your device does it connect to a network?

So I have pay as you go.

No. Network doesnt work. I cant call / sms as well.

I bought sim for 1£ and then called for 150 but I couldnt understand what the woman wanted from me. I spent the money I got with sim. I dont know if my Network worked before.

Have you topped up the SIM?

You will need to do this to make calls and texts.

You can top up online using the Fast Payment route.
