      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;about a month ago but my husband and I had our phones stolen on separate occasions. Once the insurance claims had gone through, new sims were sent. They didn’t work. It took a while to get new ones and they seemed to work fine. Last Thursday we both got a text saying our new sims were in the way and then our current sims were cancelled. I have no way of contacting ee as I cannot use my phone to call or text. What do I do? I am working during the hours of store times. This has been so so frustrating&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
