How to block the sim. My son phone is lost.

I bought new phone from ee.

It was mentioned that Netflix is free. But don't know how to get log in and password

You should contact 07953 966150 from any working phone.

To get set up with Netflix you would have been sent a link to complete the registration, did you receive this?
