      <title>Phone not connected on SIM only</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've switched from pay as you go to SIM only. And my phone will not connect to the network.&amp;nbsp; The phone's info says Mobile Network State = Disconnected.&amp;nbsp; Network says EE - Emergency calls only.&amp;nbsp; So I can't call 150 for help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way I can contact EE help directly through the website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also says Service State = Out of Service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was told the switch may take a couple of hours, but it has been over 24 hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Google Pixel Android version 13.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When did the transfer complete? Have you had no service since moving to SIM Only?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you request a new SIM card to be sent?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
