My calls and texts are from different numbers.

I recently ported my number to EE. When I make phone calls, it's from my number which I ported over, but when I send texts they come from a different number. People can only reply to texts on that number as well. If they phone it, it doesn't work.

Does anyone know how to fix this? My phone is a Huawei P30 pro.

Welcome to the community,

Have you checked in settings to see if your number is there?

It looks like you may still have the number that came with the EE SIM card.

You could also try rebooting your phone.

samsung s23 i transferred my number at end of January

Are you using the pre installed texting app or a third party app?

Does the correct number show when you make calls?
