As Plusnet is discontinuing their mobile phone services I have just transferred to EE. When completing the application And on receiving my new EE sim today communication indicated that porting of my current number (which I have had for20+ years) would be completed within 24 hours (approx). After inserting the new SIM card I sent a text to 150 requesting the Port I received a message informing me that the port is all set up and would take place by 6pm on 08-12-2023. in what world is this an acceptable timeline for a phone number port.
