Nothing works(sim)

Hi,

i tried to transfer number but then they said my number designated to nee EE sim is not valid so I thought maybe sim is not active

then i went to activate sim page and they said there’s is error with mine and I gotta contact customer centre

and then i called 150 they said i don’t have credit so I can’t make call

how am I suppose to call to activate sim when i cant make phone call because sim is not activate

this is such a scam, why is it so hard ee? What do you want me to do now then

nothing works EE!

Are you getting the temporary phone number from the SIM packaging or from in the settings of your phone?
