      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a PAYG customer and I believe my account is still active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have been trying to get the PAC code from the app and web, but not successful.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; After each attempt, I receive an SMS saying 'Hi from EE.&amp;nbsp; Sorry, due to your account status for xxxxxxxxxxx, we are no able to process your request.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Please log into ee.co.uk/myee or call 150 to request your switching information, PAC or STAT'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is wrong with my account status as I can still see the credit and I have just sent a chargeable SMS?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;More importantly, what should I do to get the PAC&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you trying to text 65075 for your PAC? If you have more than 1 no. on your EE a/c you can't use that &amp;amp; will need to call CS for your PAC. That is probably the status it is referring to.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
