hi there, i got a new iphone and i have tired to transfer everything from my old phone to new one, and i have no enough storage and i reset and erase all setting to start again and then the sim cards not working anymore, could you please help. thank you very much.

@xiang-l Did you put your old sim in the new device or a new sim or are you using the eSim ?

Yes I did, I was working in the first place when I put in my new phone, and
then I reset all settings in the new phone, and it’s shows no service

Are you using a physical SIM card or an eSIM?
