Welcome to the community.

If you don't use the PAC code your Plusnet SIM will carry on as well as the new EE SIM. I recommend calling our Mobile Care team so they can check your account and run through your options.
Chris

Hi, I was with plusnet mobile (4 phones in household ) and got an email saying I needed to switch to EE.

Rang them and they arranged to send 4 sims and pac codes.

Sims arrived and one was an easy to remember number (sim1) which I wanted to keep to replace a number which had been getting a lot of bad and spam calls.

Rang Plusnet and EE but its all got complicated. Have not put (sim 1) in phone yet. EE and plusnet both say different things - - sim1 has been ported to another phone ? - you need another temporary number to be able to sort ? - put the sim in a phone then ring again ?

Sorry but it is all confusing - could I just use sim1 in the phone and not activate pac code and keep the number?

Thanks in advance
