I am having probelm with my sim card.

Hello,

I don’t know what happened to my sim card but when some calls me the call is not connecting just say this person is unavailable to pick the call.. But i can call anyone with the sim card.

Is this happening with more than one caller?

Are you connected to WiFi Calling?

Yeah its happening with everyone who is callling me.

And i don’t know what is wifi calling.

Could you please give me any solution

Does this happen in multiple locations?

WiFi Calling is when a call is supported when connected to WiFi.

Did you move to EE recently by porting your number?

Ported from O2, I have the same issue since 30 September.
