      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please help I can’t make any calls even to call customer services from either my old phone or new iPhone. I don’t know what to do as I can’t call anyone about this. I getting no error message at all, I have service, so don’t know why I can’t dial out unless there is some sort of bar on my contract which is crazy since I just upgraded for 2 years. Please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, when I place the old sim into the device then the bars of service go away. When I take it out they are there and I have 2 bars. I have mobile data fine it’s very quick. As soon as I ordederd my upgrade I stopped being able to make calls on my sim in my old phone but I assumed that when I got my new phone it would work again. I did request my pac code to leave before I agreed to stay and upgrade. How can I get in contact with the tech team as I can’t call them is there an online chat? I think it might be an issue with my account? My last phone is IPhone XR so very old and sim probably same age or older.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
