    <description>&lt;P&gt;Were you porting a number into an existing line that was working yesterday? If so, what time did you give the PAC?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;PACs submitted before (approximately) 5.30pm are actioned the following working day, afterwards it won't have been submitted until today and your port will take place tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In what way is your phone not working? Are you reporting a loss of coverage? Or something else.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I called EE yesterday morning 11/10/23&lt;BR /&gt;My mobile number ending 276&lt;BR /&gt;I said I want to join EE and I provided my PAC Code to a male operator&lt;BR /&gt;He said he call me back today&lt;BR /&gt;unfortunately my mobile number can’t receive n make any call today&lt;BR /&gt;However This evening my husband found out my mobile number displayed on my son’s mobile,&lt;BR /&gt;So now my son’s mobile number doesn’t exist&lt;BR /&gt;His number ending is 888 , he joined EE since 18/9/23&lt;BR /&gt;Both my son and my mobile numbers got problems&lt;BR /&gt;Wish EE can solve this issue for both myself and my son ASAP, wish a staff could reply me via email confirming this email is being look into.&lt;BR /&gt;Many thanks&lt;BR /&gt;Mrs chan&lt;BR /&gt;Post code LL301TW&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sent from my iPhone</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to pursue this with CS directly, they have access to your individual account but do not have email contact.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Since your post yesterday evening have you now been able to make calls and texts OK?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am in this situation since 30 September. The customer support is telling me that nothing can be done and I have to wait until the problem resolves. They have no ETA or any solution.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was your number on lycamobile any time in past? I was told issues are only with numbers which were on lyca in the past. Not sure if that is because lyca use EE’s network too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EE really needs to work on their porting application!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
