I was told by the US phone company that in order to get my new sim to work I need to get EE to unlock my phone somehow. I cannot so far get ahold of anyone and the robo-chat said I should dial&nbsp;&nbsp;<SPAN class="">*#06# to get an IMEI code to do this. So I try it and whoops!
