Plusnet transfer

How long does it take to receive a new sim card. Have transferred from Plusnet have even set up direct debit and provided a PAC code all ok but not heard anything of when i will receive my sim also tried to track my order and it cannot be displayed

Thanks for coming here.

SIM orders can take 2-5 working days to arrive, this will be delivered by Royal Mail and will not require a signature.

Thanks for the reply, I have now received my sim. I provided a PAC code and put my new sim in at about 8pm last night. How long will it take to get my number back?
