&lt;P&gt;What was the reason for replacing your SIM?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it was a lost, stolen or damaged replacement, it will be pre-activated.       <title>Activating replacement sim</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I can’t activate my replacement sim as it keeps sending me a code to my phone number but as my old sim doesn’t work I can’t recieve the text and provide the code. I can’t recieve calls or texts till the sim is activated so is there any other way to receive a code?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you didn't order a pre-activated SIM (these are sent automatically when reporting a lost, stolen or damaged SIM) and your old SIM isn't working, please &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;get in touch with Customer Care&lt;/A&gt; to activate it.&lt;/P&gt;
