    <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a replacement SIM card well over a week ago and it still hasn't arrived! There was no message or email to say that I had done this on my account, even though I went through a check with the phone operator and they have charged me for postage!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are very rural so there is no EE store close to us, in fact its over an hours drive from me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a job that involves lots of driving and the phone is a vital part of my working role. I can't get anywhere with the helpline and I have no mobile to call the 150 number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Customer service is shocking, might just have to move my business elsewhere - anyone else had terrible customer service from this company?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bet I get some stupid robot reply that asks me to call 150 or the other very unhelpful number that always seems to have a 20 minute wait. Or worst, I'll get a reply to say I can pick up one in store - err, no, I've told you how far away it is?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone human got any helpful advice - really struggling to work like this &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
